**Refund**

Orders for customized products are final and non-refundable.

**Order Cancellation**

Once the order confirmation page has been submitted, production will begin. Since this is a customized order, it generally cannot be canceled. If you really need to cancel the order, you will need to bear certain material and plate making costs. You can contact us via email: lingfan@lingfan666.com and clearly state your reason for wanting to cancel the order.

**Return**

The following two situations are exceptional:

1. Our error: The actual product does not match the customer’s customized specifications.

2. The product is damaged in transit.

**Return Procedure:**

Contact our customer service team at lingfan@lingfan666.com stating the reason for the return.

Provide the order number, product image, and reason for return.

Our team will review the request and provide further clarification, including the return mailing address.
