**Refund**
Orders for customized products are final and non-refundable.
**Return**
The following two situations are exceptional:
1. Our error: The actual product does not match the customer’s customized specifications.
2. The product is damaged in transit.
**Return Procedure:**
Contact our customer service team at lingfan@lingfan666.com stating the reason for the return.
Provide the order number, product image, and reason for return.
Our team will review the request and provide further clarification, including the return mailing address.
